The International Internship Recruitment Program (IIRP) seeks qualified 1st-year MBA candidates for managerial-level internship assignments in J&J operating companies located outside of the USA and Canada. Locations are listed below. Internships are non-rotational assignments and occur within one of the business segments of Consumer, Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices & Diagnostics.
This global internship program is a structured professional practicum designed to enhance self-awareness and develop leadership competencies. The optimal duration of an internship ranges 10-14 weeks, allowing time for the intern to acclimate to company work culture(s) and time to master several leadership development learning curves. The program matches the interests, capabilities, and leadership potentials of interns to challenging project assignments within a Marketing, Sales/Customer Relations Management, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics Operations, Human Resources or Business Development organization. Interns report directly to management supervisors and are expected to timely and significantly contribute to the advancement of business initiatives. Interns are provided opportunities to formally present their accomplishments, key findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

ELIGIBILITY:
1)Â Â Â Â Â Candidates must be enrolled in either a MBA or a master-level management degree program.
2)     Candidates must have fluency of the country’s language where the internship assignment is located.
3)Â Â Â Â Â Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where the internship assignment is located.
*Students who meet the eligibility requirements must apply at http://www.careers.jnj.com, and if selected, they will become candidates for 1st round interview conducted by the Global Recruitment team. Operating companies will conduct the 2nd round interviews of preferred candidates for final hiring consideration.
